MSC was formed to provide specialized technology-driven business solutions and consulting services around performance and data management to the P&I clubs.

To run MSC, Moore Stephens recruited six insurance and technology professionals from Room Solutions, a leading policy administration solution provider in the UK. This team, with a solid background in the London insurance market, created bIntelligent for Insurance, a Business Performance Management solution that includes Scorecards, Dashboards, Predictive Analytics, and real-time analysis and reporting.

Today, MSC is an ISO 9001:2000 accredited company. This international standard establishes MSC as a quality business that complies with regulatory requirements and ensures conformity to customers. As the success of MSC continued, so did the need for a presence in the US. So, in 2006, Moore Stephens Business Solutions (MSBS) was formed.

MSBS is headquartered in New York and its presence extended the reach of bIntelligent for Insurance to the North American and Bermudan marketplaces. MSBS provides performance and data management solutions exclusively to the insurance industry. MSBS has steadily, but rapidly, grown to a client base of 20+ insurance carriers, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs throughout the US, Canada, and Bermuda.
